The aim of the Committee, in general terms, is to optimize the quality of research at PDIU. The Committee focuses specifically on the quality of data handling and research methods, reporting, and ethical practices at PDIU.
The Committee defines the procedures for collecting, processing, storing, and reporting scientific data and research materials used for any research purpose (such as methodology, software, completed questionnaires, etc.) scrupulously and with integrity. It also ensures that data and research materials are reported in a way that makes them easy for other researchers to understand and use.
The Committee shall consist of a minimum of four and a maximum of seven members, appointed by the Rector for a term of four years. Committee members shall serve not in their personal capacity but as officers of PDIU. The Committee shall be composed of PDIU members holding the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor.
