The administrative and academic set up of the Pro Deo International involves a number of academic and administrative members who are appointed or elected to the Board of Governance. The principal officers of Pro Deo International are the Rector, the Vice-Rector, The Accreditation Officer, the Secretary to the Board and the Registrar. The main governing body is the Board of Governance. As the governing body, the Board is responsible for the general administration of the Pro Deo International. Departments covering a major area of knowledge will form Faculties, while institutes are of an inter disciplinary nature. The Council is also responsible for appointing new staff members, both local and foreign, to the various academic posts. The Board is largely responsible for the academic matters of Pro Deo International’s primarily regulating studies, research, documentation and examinations. The Board also establishes the entry regulations.
