Orginised by El-Roi London University and Pro-Deo International University, the summit is supported by a strong coalition of international and governmental institutions, including Leaders without Borders Development Centre, the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Uniplural Academy, Malta.
The breadth of institutional backing underscores the summit’s international stature and its relevance to contemporary leadership and governance challenges.
Conceived as an intensive executive-level programme, the summit is designed to move beyond theory, focusing instead on advanced strategic thinking, executive judgment, authentic leadership, influence, and sustainable organisational performance. The programme structure combines rigorous morning leadership modules, addressing vision alignment, organisational effectiveness, and strategic decision-making, with evening interactive workshops and keynote sessions that promote peer learning, mentorship, reflective practice, and real-world application.
Participants are expected to gain practical leadership capabilities, including strategies to avoid common executive and governance pitfalls, strengthen collaboration and institutional alignment, and lead with purpose while delivering measurable and sustainable impact across their organisations and sectors.
