Integrating Mind, Body, and Spirit in Mental Health Practice

Course Description

The Level 5 Diploma in Transpersonal Mental Health is a fully online programme jointly organised by Pro Deo International University and El-Roi London University. The course provides an in-depth exploration of holistic and humanistic approaches to psychological wellbeing, integrating spiritual, transcendental, and higher states of consciousness within established mental health and therapeutic frameworks.

The programme emphasises the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, drawing on transpersonal theories rooted in humanistic psychology, including the work of Carl Jung and other influential thinkers. Learners critically examine integrative therapeutic practices designed to support personal growth, deep healing, meaning-making, and self-actualisation, while maintaining ethical and professional awareness.
