Within each Faculty or Department, a Joint Teachers–Students Commission is established to monitor the progress of teaching and evaluate the quality of instructional performance by developing proposals for improvement. In coordination with the Evaluation Team, the Joint Committee oversees the monitoring of training, teaching quality, and the services provided to students by faculty members.
The Commission may also identify indicators for assessing results achieved in the areas reviewed during the previous period. These indicators must be submitted for consideration to the Board of Governance and the Evaluation Team, in line with their mandate, and subsequently approved by the Board of Trustees.
The Committee prepares an annual report that examines each study course in detail, taking into account student satisfaction with various aspects of the training activities, including:
The Joint Committee is composed of the President, the Head of Accreditation, the Registrar, and the head of each Faculty or Department, as well as four student representatives.
