Organised by Pro Deo International University and El-Roi London University, the course is aimed at senior managers and executives seeking to enhance their strategic leadership and decision-making capabilities, as well as business owners, entrepreneurs, and company directors responsible for organisational performance and governance. It is also suited to public-sector leaders and senior administrators involved in policy implementation, institutional management, or organisational reform, professionals transitioning into executive or board-level roles who require a strong theoretical and strategic foundation in management, and consultants or advisors working with organisations at senior decision-making levels.
This one-week Executive Short Course in Business Management is designed to provide experienced professionals with a rigorous and integrated understanding of contemporary management theory and executive decision-making. The course addresses the strategic, organisational, financial, and ethical challenges faced by leaders operating in complex, competitive, and rapidly evolving environments.
Drawing on advanced management concepts and interdisciplinary perspectives, the programme enables participants to critically evaluate organisational performance, develop effective leadership strategies, and make informed decisions under conditions of uncertainty. Emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, governance, ethical responsibility, and long-term value creation, equipping participants with the intellectual tools required to lead organisations responsibly and effectively in both private and public sector contexts.
The course fosters reflective learning and high-level analytical discussion, encouraging participants to engage with current research, global best practices, and real-world executive challenges. By the end of the programme, participants will have strengthened their strategic judgement, enhanced their leadership capacity, and developed a holistic perspective on business management at executive level.
