Pro Deo International, under provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and Statutes, is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Trustees are responsible for guaranteeing that the Pro Deo will fulfil its mission for current and future generations.
Members of the Board hold an integral role by providing oversight and input regarding large-scale programmatic goals and its financial and physical resources, and by advocating for Pro Deo, nationally, as well as internationally.
In addition, the Trustees provide financial support, as well as leadership in fundraising, to sustain progress.
The Trustees recognize that the day-to-day management of the Pro Deo is the responsibility of the Rector and the Board of Governance.
