Teaching with Purpose, Impact, and Integrity

Teacher Training and Development is a fully online programme jointly organised by Pro Deo International University and El-Roi London University. Designed for educators in the post-16 education and training sector, the qualification is academically equivalent to the second year of a bachelor’s degree and supports professional teaching practice across further education, adult learning, and private training environments.

The programme develops pedagogical competence, reflective practice, and professional confidence through a structured exploration of teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, curriculum design, and inclusive learning. Learners are supported in applying theory to practice through supervised teaching hours and critical academic inquiry.
